Okay, so we still aren't over the fact that there's no such thing as cell phone voicemail here. But the Vietnamese do have something on their cell phones that we don't have (as far as I know) in the U.S. You can check it out here.

Hi guys- I wrote a comment a couple of days ago and thought I published it but - apparently - I guess I erased it. Too bad, it was very witty.
Basically, it talked about how we think everybody is the same and once exposed to the right way to do things, we expect other cultures to change. Of course we think that the right way to do things is the way we do them in the good ol' USA. Oh sure, there are some quaint cultural differences, but once people learn how to use - say cell phones - they will use them the same way we do.
I think that is what was so shocking about China: it is totally different than the USA but is just as modern.
