So for my family and friends with whom I communicate via FB, no can do anymore. I'm not ignoring you - just can't access FB any longer. Just another hanoiance.
another way, use http://lite.facebook.com/ to access, though there's a limitation of content in comparison to facebook.com. Try and it may work for you.

nothing impossible in Hanoi, we are still using FB in our own ways ( you change the DNS then use FB as usual )
